Data controller

Personal data collected on this website is processed by Carrières Saviane Frères, a SARL whose registered office is located at 4 Allée des Tilleuls - 21510 Aignay-le-Duc, France. Carrières Saviane cares deeply about your privacy and only uses your data responsibly, confidentially and for a specific purpose.

Data collected

The only personal data collected is the information you send us through the contact form:

  • required: title, first name, last name, e-mail address and message;
  • optional: phone number and company.

To protect the form against abuse, your IP address is also used, in an encrypted and irreversible form, to limit the number of messages sent. This information is deleted after 24 hours.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is only used to answer your question or request, and for any business relationship that may result from it. It is only collected with your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Recipients

Your data is intended for Carrières Saviane only. It is never sold, transferred or rented to third parties.

The website relies on two technical service providers, who do not use your data for their own purposes:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) delivers the e-mails sent after the form: the notification to Carrières Saviane and the acknowledgement of receipt sent to you;
  • OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) hosts the website and the database where your request is stored, which only Carrières Saviane can access, from a password-protected area.

This data remains hosted in the European Union.

Retention period

Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your request, then automatically deleted.

Cookies and third-party services

This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. Fonts and the map are hosted on our own server: browsing the website does not send any data to a third-party service.

The « Directions » link opens Google Maps in a new tab, only if you click on it. Google then processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights, write to us at , by post to Carrières Saviane, 4 Allée des Tilleuls - 21510 Aignay-le-Duc, France, or call us on +(33) 6 07 63 35 91.
